Life Transitions & Emotional Support
If you’re here, life may feel heavy, overwhelming, or emotionally exhausting right now. You don’t need to have everything figured out—or even know exactly what to say. Many people come to therapy simply needing a safe place to talk, vent, and let their guard down.
I believe therapy should feel human, not intimidating. My approach is calm, supportive, and centered on truly listening to your story—without judgment or pressure. Whether you’re navigating stress, life transitions, grief, burnout, or simply feeling stuck, you deserve a space where your experiences are validated and your voice matters.
Outside of my professional role, I am married and have been for over 12 years, and I am a proud parent to two boys. I value family, connection, and balance, and my Christian faith is an important part of who I am and how I view compassion, purpose, and service to others. In my free time, I enjoy watching sports, spending time at the beach, brunch outings, and attending church—activities that help ground and restore me.
My goal is to meet you where you are, help you feel truly heard, and support you as you work toward clarity, healing, and emotional balance at your own pace. You don’t have to carry everything alone—and you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
How I Support Clients
I work with adults who are moving through stressful or uncertain seasons of life. This may include big changes, ongoing stress, family shifts, health-related challenges, or moments when life just feels like too much.
Therapy doesn’t have to be about fixing anything. Sometimes it’s about slowing down, sorting through thoughts and emotions, and feeling less alone while you do.
My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. Sessions feel more like a conversation than an appointment. You are welcome to:
- Talk things out
- Vent freely
- Cry or sit quietly
- Process at your own pace
There is no pressure to perform or “have it together.” We focus on what you’re experiencing and what would feel most helpful for you right now.
I am a Supervisee in Social Work with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through emotionally demanding life circumstances, including end-of-life care.
