We have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for our services.

Private Pay for Ease and Privacy

Out Of Network/Private Pay Hourly Session Costs: 

Senior Clinician, EMDR Certified LCSW: $225.00

MSW EMDR Trained, Under Supervision: $175.00

MSW under supervision: $150.00

Payment

In-network claims will be filed directly with your insurance company.  We take payments for co-pays, costs toward your deductible, and out-of-network clients. We accept HSA cards, FSA cards and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Out-of-Network clients may have their claims filed for them or pay upfront and file for reimbursement with their insurance.

Self-pay clients pay at the time of service and can enjoy simplicity and privacy that comes with that choice.

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services (CPT Codes 90837 and 90791). If we are out-of-network with your insurance company, we can provide you with a Superbill for potential insurance reimbursement for a portion of your payment.

We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
• How much am I reimbursed for an out-of-network provider? 

Cancellation Policy

We have set aside your hour just for you. When you make an appointment, your therapist will be there, and it's expected that you will also be there. If an urgent conflict arises and you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel via your online portal at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full out-of-pocket rate of the session.
