Do you struggle with growth? Does healing seem like an impossible goal?
I chose this path to support people in navigating life’s struggles with clarity and strength. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and healing when they are met with understanding and support. I help clients explore their experiences, identify their inner resources, and take steps toward a more empowered and meaningful life.
I work with adults and young adults impacted by trauma, substance use, and co-occurring mental health concerns, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I provide compassionate therapy for individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, identity shifts, motherhood stress, and the emotional complexities of becoming a parent. My experience includes addressing attachment wounds, intergenerational patterns, recovery and relapse prevention, and major life transitions. Using a trauma-informed, collaborative approach, I help clients build practical coping skills, manage emotions, and create lasting change in a safe and supportive therapeutic environment

When I’m not in the office, I love reading, exploring new hiking trails during my travels, and enjoying time with my family.
If you’re seeking a space to explore, grow, and find balance, I would be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
