Alexie St. Clair, MSW

Supervisee in Social Work

Mental Health Therapist at VBCC

I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, heard, and supported without judgment. My goal is to create a space where individuals can show up as they are, explore what’s been weighing on them, and begin building skills and insight to move forward with greater confidence and balance. I work with adolescents and adults, and children. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and stress related to relationships, work, or health concerns. I enjoy supporting clients who feel stuck, exhausted, or unsure of how to navigate their current challenges. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, with a trauma-informed lens. I believe in meeting clients where they are and working at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive. Together, we focus on building insight, developing coping strategies, and identifying patterns that may be contributing to distress, while fostering self-compassion and resilience.
