Are you tired of feeling like everyone else has life figured out while you're struggling to stay afloat?  Are you overwhelmed by the needs of your children?

Have anxiety, depression, trauma, or life changes left you feeling stuck, exhausted, or unsure of your next steps? Maybe you're carrying responsibilities that feel heavier than they should, struggling to manage difficult emotions, or finding it hard to see a clear path forward.

Something needs to change but you aren't quite sure how to get there.

Do you wonder whether therapy will help? Do you feel like you should already have everything figured out before reaching out for support?  These are normal thoughts.

Therapy is different from talking to your friends over coffee. Therapists are trained to work through struggles with you.

I specialize in trauma recovery, grief & bereavement counseling, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am passionate about working with clients who have experienced sexual or domestic violence or abuse, clients experiencing panic attacks, and people living with OCD. I work with adults, teens and children, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and a Rogerian, client-centered approach to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in respect for each person’s unique experience. I view my clients as the captains of their own lives and I’m there to help them learn how to navigate the sails so they can move toward where they want to go. I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering, where clients grow and make meaningful changes.
