I believe healing begins when people feel safe, understood, and supported. I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their inner strength and sense of direction.
I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I work with adults and teens, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and a Rogerian, client-centered approach to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and self-compassion.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in respect for each person’s unique experience. I view my clients as the captains of their own lives and I’m there to help them learn how to navigate the sails so they can move toward where they want to go. I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering, where clients grow and make meaningful changes.
